  • All stated lift amounts are approximate and will vary between different years and models, due to variable we do not guarantee lift heights.
  • Proper fitment and application of all parts is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and installer regardless of any recommendation by Top Notch Lifts websites, employees or any other online information.
  • We try to provide as much information as possible about products on our website, some of the information is provided by other manufacturers and we will not be held liable for the accuracy of such information.We do not guarentee all website information is 100% accurate. Pictures are for illustration purposes only, the actual product may vary.

PAYMENT

  • We accept all major credit card companies - American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept Paypal.

CANCELLED / CHANGED ORDERS

  • Orders that are cancelled after being processed and packaged will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Any order changed after being processed will be subject to additional shipping charges and processed as a new order.
  • Any order changed after order has been shipped will require the customer to return products to Top Notch Automotive at their own costs.

RETURNS

  • Do not return products purchased from Top Notch's website to any other lift dealer. Must be returned to Top Notch Automotive.
  • No returns or exchanges on used, machined, installed, special orders test fit or electronic items.
  • Products need to be returned in their original product packaging.
  • Products will not be accepted for return if they have been in your possession for more than 15 days after delivery. 
  • Shipping for any returns is the customer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our error.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping cost varies by zip code order is being shipped to.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any missing, damaged or incorrect parts must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • If any item is back ordered Top Notch will inform you of the status of the order. You will be able to revise or cancel the order.
