This Toyota 4Runner suspension system features Fabtech’s proven IFS technology with extended length ductile iron steering knuckles for proper electronic stability control functionality. Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers provide superior ground clearance while the integrated front differential skid plate adds protection to the drivetrain for offroad use. The system includes front coilover spacers that utilize the factory Toyota 4Runner Coilover shocks for a stock like ride.
Rear lift is accomplished with steel coil spring spacers that retain the Toyota 4Runner coil springs for a smooth ride. Heavy duty Fabtech control link arms replace the factory arms to re-position the tire in the wheel well with the additional ride height. A stout 1/4" thick steel bracket relocates the rear Track Bar to keep the vehicle tracking proper.
1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance. Four adjustable alignment cams provide a wide range of adjustment. The fully welded box design of these crossmembers provides additional strength to the front suspension.
Extended length ductile iron steering knuckles retain near stock track width keeping the tires under the fenders. These steering knuckles are designed to work in conjunction with the Toyota ESC for proper functionality at all speeds.
A heavy duty front differential skid plate is constructed of 1/4" thick steel to protect the diff from offroad obstacles.
Integrated differential mounts on the crossmembers properly re-position the front diff for the precise CV and driveshaft angle throughout the entire 4Runner steering and suspension travel range.
FRONT COILOVER SPACERS
Thick wall tubing and 1/4" thick steel plate is used to build these 6" lift spacers that retain the factory Coilover shocks for a stock ride.
BUMP STOP BRACKETS
Stout 1/4" thick steel brackets on the front utilize a urethane bump pad for proper suspension travel control. The factory rear bump stops are relocated with thick wall tubular brackets for the new ride height.
BRAKE LINE BRACKETS
Re-positions the factory front and rear 4Runner brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact.
TIE ROD ENDS
Heavy duty tie rod ends replace the factory units and provide additional strength to the steering for use with oversized tires.
FRONT SWAY BAR BRACKETS & LINKS
1/4" thick steel drop brackets reposition the front 4Runner sway bar down for the increased ride height. Heavy duty billet links with heim ends allow the sway bar to fully cycle without binding throughout the entire new suspension travel range.
REAR COIL SPRING SPACERS
Tubular thick wall spacers utilize the 4Runner coil springs for a smooth ride. An integrated side support attaches to the frame to address coil side load throughout the suspension travel.
CONTROL LINK ARMS
Heavy duty tubular control link arms replace the factory units to keep the tire centered in the fenderwell with the proper pinion angle for new ride height.
TRACK BAR BRACKET
1/4" thick steel bracket relocates the Toyota Track Bar down and has an integrated side support gusset to eliminate side load deflection.
REAR SWAY BAR LINKS
Extended length sway bar links with urethane bushings keep the 4Runner rear sway bar in the proper angle with the new ride height.
REAR PERFORMANCE SHOCKS
Extended length twin tube shocks provide a good highway ride with the ability to tackle offroad.
